These rules are meant as guidelines for members and their guests. We do no want a highly regimented pool with heavy policing; instead, we want an active community center that is fun for all. The purpose of these rules is to enhance the enjoyment of all and we hope that they will be self-enforcing by all members. Members will be responsible and liable for their children's and guests’ actions and we hope that there will be a cooperative spirit to make the pool a fun place. The 2010 season will start on May 29. The Board and the Pool Committee are working together to manage the pool as productively and smoothly as possible. We are aware that certain problems and issues may need to be resolved during each year. Please be reminded that in order to get your membership card, your Homeowner’s Fees need to be paid. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. The lifeguard is in charge with the serious responsibility of protecting the lives of all users.
