SPRING MILLS SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS These rules are meant as guidelines for members and their guests. We do not want a highly regimented pool with heavy policing; instead, we want an active community center that is fun for all. The purpose of these rules is to enhance the enjoyment of all, and we hope that they will be self-enforcing by all members. Members will be responsible and liable for their children's' and guests' actions and we hope that there will be a cooperative spirit to make the pool a fun place. The Board and the Pool Committee are working together to manage this first year of ownership by the Homeowner's Association as productively and smoothly as possible.
